Over the last year our youth and children’s ministry oversight group have been working away behind the scenes to sharpen up our vision and values for our work in that area. Many of our team of nearly 60 youth and children’s volunteers gathered for a leaders breakfast in the early summer to share conversation around our new church Calls to Action: Meet God, Make Friends, Make a Difference. There was an excitement about how this can help shape and guide all we do within our youth and children’s work. 
Early in September all our volunteers, parents and children were invited to come together for an ‘Ideas Factory’ – space to add as many ideas, suggestions, hopes, and possibilities for us to explore moving forward as a church, in particular relation to all our families do. We’re looking forward to getting some of those suggestions fleshed out very soon!
